Our regular membership meetings are held the first and third Thursday of each month. We will hold our regular twice-monthly breakfast meetings at Carvers Restaurant in Winter Park. We normally meet at 7:30AM for breakfast on the first and third Thursdays of each month. Typically, we'll replace two or three of our regular morning meetings with an annual Holiday Dinner, a spring Officer Installation Dinner and a summer BBQ. Please see the Events calendar for more information.
In addition, we hold monthly board meetings on the Monday prior to the second membership meeting each month. These meetings are held at the Rocky Mountain Roastery in Fraser at 7:30AM. Members are always welcome to attend these meetings. We do request that if you have an item to be discussed that you notify the President in advance so we can include your topic on the agenda.
Visitors and anyone interested in Lions Club are always welcome to attend our meetings. Normally, we have a guest speaker once a month. You do not need to preregister to attend a meeting, you can just drop in. Lions Club is not an exclusive or expensive club. In fact, we're inclusive and inexpensive. Lions Club is not about business, religion or politics. We're simply a group of people dedicated to helping our community and having fun. We have no paid staff in our Club and very minimal expenses. That means that most of the money we raise goes directly to support our community members.
